Help desk

The help desk offers the following services:
 
  • Telephone helpline from 8 a.m.to 6 p.m. in French, German, Italian or English from Monday to Friday
  • Direct line 022 394 94 00 and an e-mail address at the disposal of Human Resources and staff
  • Administrative and logistical management of policy holders, in particular for entries and departures, address and data changes for insurance during the year
  • Insurance policy control
  • Help in settling disputes with insurers
  • Follow-up and management for end-of-employment-contracts, all the formalities necessary to leave a collective contract (passage to individual coverage, cancellation, etc.)
  • Counsellors necessary for the affiliation of staff and their families placed at your disposal
  • Private interviews with employees if necessary
